• Collect and organize all contract details including expiration dates, usage commitments, evergreen clauses, etc.
• Collect and organize all pricing information including base pricing, discounts, MRC’s, metered pricing, etc.
• Collect and organize all inventory information, including location information, circuit id’s, phone numbers, technical specifications, etc.

• Help to determine what types of providers should be considered and why
• Determine what providers’ products will be able to support your needs
• Introduce custom, multi-provider solutions if applicable
• Negotiate the best contract terms and rates possible on your behalf

• Provide information and guidance as necessary to help you select the top solution to meet you and your company’s needs

• Take Full Ownership and Responsibility for a successful implementation of your chosen solution
• Coordinate all aspects of the implementation with all parties including the provider(s) and equipment provider(s)
• Provide weekly updates throughout the implementation process to keep you informed
• Build and share a comprehensive inventory of all telecom & IT components
• Setup and introduce to you your provider's customer portals
